On October 14, 2026, at 5:17:55 p.m., Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit (KSN), the Board’s law firm, emailed Stephen Warner’s attorney. KSN acknowledged that the Board had received the attorney’s October 2 letter and asked to arrange a settlement meeting with Warner and his attorney.
KSN asked for their availability during the weeks of October 26 and November 2.
The election is scheduled for October 28. The first proposed week begins just two days before the vote, leaving little or no time for corrections to the election process. The second proposed week is after the election.
