The Tamarack/Villas HOA Board announced an informational meeting for Wednesday, October 7, at 6:30 p.m. at the Cicero Library. In its October 2 TownSq post, the Board said it would explain the legal opinion it received concerning the 2026 Board election, how that opinion was reached, and the steps it plans to take. The same announcement set the 2026 Annual Meeting for Wednesday, October 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the Red Bridge Community Center. The Board said members would elect one person to the Tamarack Board and one to the Villas Board, and vote on the 2027 budgets for both associations. It also said the Tamarack annual assessment would be reduced for 2027, without giving an amount. The Board said annual-meeting information would arrive by USPS within a few days. Its September 16 announcement had given October 21 as the annual-meeting date; the October 2 announcement gives October 28. Members should check the mailed notice for final details. The October 2 post described the August 20 formal notice as bearing 13 homeowners’ signatures. That is the Board’s description; the announcement itself does not independently establish the signature count.
