Warner repeats request for personal meeting with Board

  • Election

At 5:36 p.m. on September 21, Stephen Warner opened a TownSq request titled “Personal Meeting,” asking whether the Tamarack Board would meet with a few homeowners. He said the homeowners hoped to avoid unnecessary legal fees. The request’s timestamp and wording appear in the attached TownSq screenshot. Board President Jacquie Farr replied at 5:50 p.m. that the Board would host a community meeting in the first week of October to present information and answer questions. At 6:10 p.m., she said an agenda would be published four days before the meeting. These times are shown in the live TownSq request; the supplied screenshot preserves the request’s 5:36 p.m. timestamp and the exchange. In an October 2 TownSq forum chronology, Farr said Tom Jarvis met Warner at Associa on September 21 and that Warner’s personal-meeting request came afterward. Warner disputed that sequence, saying Jarvis appeared at a later records inspection. The dated request proves when the request was filed, but it does not itself prove when any Associa meeting occurred. That part of the chronology remains disputed pending a dated appointment record or recording.
